When you experience a legal challenge, everything can change. With help from attorney Francis P. Valone III, you can focus on getting back to your life, instead of finding yourself overwhelmed and worried about your court case.
Francis P. Valone Law Offices is a new law firm in the Catawba area run by solo practitioner Francis Paul Valone III.
A native to the area, Francis grew up in Sherrills Ford, North Carolina, and graduated from Bandys High School in 2008. He graduated cum laude from North Carolina State University with a BA in political science in 2012. From there, he attended Campbell University’s Norman A. Wiggins School of Law and earned his juris doctor in 2015. Francis took the July bar exam in 2015 and passed it on his first attempt.
During his time at Campbell, Francis interned under solo practitioner Dan Hardway, a former practitioner in Angier, North Carolina, who has successfully argued several cases before the Court of Appeals of North Carolina and Supreme Court of North Carolina regarding Second Amendment issues including a landmark North Carolina case, Britt v. State, relating to firearm rights of former felons who have become upstanding members of their communities. Additionally, Francis clerked for the Honorable Judge Robert N. Hunter, Jr., from the Court of Appeals of North Carolina. Judge Robert Hunter has served on the Court of Appeals from 2008 and was briefly appointed to the position of Justice on the Supreme Court of North Carolina in 2014 before being defeated in the 2014 Supreme Court election.
Since graduating, Francis has worked for a document review agency and then began handling court appointed cases in the Catawba District Court.
